    In 2015, Mr. Jackson founded and served as chief executive officer of Capital Waste Solutions, which collects and treats medical waste for most segments of the U.S. healthcare industry. He has served on the boards of various public companies, including First Interstate Bank of Oklahoma, Boatmen’s Bank of Oklahoma and Silicon Valley Bank of California. He is a past board member of Iron Gate, St. Simeon’s Episcopal Home and the State Governing Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma, previously volunteering as a Big Brother for 15 years.

    Mr. Jackson currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of The University of Tulsa, participating as a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Audit Committee. This first-of-its kind division unites Dell EMC, VMWare and Dell’s strategically aligned businesses behind Dell’s billion-dollar investment in delivering the promise of IOT to customers.

    Before joining Dell, Wolffie played a key role in building Dimension Data from an early-stage to nearly $8 billion business, and establishing solutions marketing, sales development, talent engagement functions. Most recently, she was Dimension Data’s SVP, Group Cisco Alliance, serving the firm’s multi-billion dollar portfolio of strategic initiatives with Cisco.

    Wolffie earned an AB from Duke University. She is a member of The Boston Club, which seeks to get more women on Boards in Massachusetts. She is currently a Women of the Channel board member. Tony has a BA degree from Keele University in Geology and Chemistry, and a Doctorate in Metamorphic Petrology from the University of Manchester. He had a 17 year career with BP that spanned R&D through to front line operations and project management. He was a founder member of BP’s Integrated Operations Program, Field of the Future, and was subsequently the global director for the Advanced Collaborative Environment Program that rolled out real time collaboration centers around the BP portfolio of assets. In 2006 he moved to BG-Group to launch its digital oilfield program under the name iValue. In January 2009 he co-founded Stepchange Global, a dedicated digital oilfield consultancy and advisory company, and has since advised Equinor, BP, PETRONAS, ConocoPhillips, Total, Santos, Origin Energy, Baker Hughes, HP, BHP Billiton, Emerson and BAE systems on their Integrated Operations strategies.

    Tony is regarded as one of the key thought leaders in Digital Oilfield and Integrated Operations and has been active in both the SPE and EAGE. He was the chairman of the organising committee for the highly successful Intelligent Energy Conference in 2008, and is now on the SPE intelligent Energy committee for 2014. Tony was invited to sit on the SPE Annual Technical Conference Committee for 2011 and was Chairman of the Digital Energy Section.

    Tony has written numerous papers on the subject of intelligent energy and collaborative working. The most recent paper was co-authored with Dr Anne Quaadgras of MIT.

    JOE PERINO is a Research Analyst with LNS Research; where he primarily focuses on industrial transformation and operational excellence for oil and gas, process manufacturing and other asset-intensive industries. He also provides collaborative coverage across the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Big Data, Cloud, advanced analytics, Edge computing, the Digital Twin, robotic process automation, blockchain, and asset performance management. Perino started his career as a process engineer in the refining, chemicals, and pipeline sectors, and then spent several years in sales and business development with process automation and technology suppliers before moving into product and industry marketing, strategy, corporate development, M&A and management consulting. He has worked for operating companies (Phillips Petroleum, Diamond Shamrock, Northern Natural Gas) as well as automation and software firms (Emerson Process, Honeywell Process Solutions and i2/JDA) and services firms (IBM, Schlumberger, Logica/ CGI and CSC/DXC). Throughout his career he has helped process manufacturing companies with strategy development, digital transformation initiatives, and market development. Before joining LNS, Perino was the President and CEO of PERTEX Management and Technology Consulting, a company he founded to help industrial organizations drive business results. Joe is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), the Professional Petroleum Data Management Association (PPDM), the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), and the International Society of Automation (ISA). Mr. Perino holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and has completed executive education programs at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and Harvard Business School.
